Council Information Points

Council Information Points (CIPs) were established in libraries to make council services more accessible outside of the working week.

Council Information Points:

  • are a first point of contact for all customer enquiries;
  • allow you to pay bills for all council services (non-cash only);
  • have knowledgeable and trained staff;
  • have a freephone linking you with council departments Monday to Friday;
  • are designated Race Hate Crime Report Centres.

Radcliffe Library is piloting a new system where you can report problems regarding: waste and recycling, bins, bulky refuse, street furniture (lighting etc.).
