Council Information Points (CIPs) were established in libraries to make council services more accessible outside of the working week.
Council Information Points:
- are a first point of contact for all customer enquiries;
- allow you to pay bills for all council services (non-cash only);
- have knowledgeable and trained staff;
- have a freephone linking you with council departments Monday to Friday;
- are designated Race Hate Crime Report Centres.
Radcliffe Library is piloting a new system where you can report problems regarding: waste and recycling, bins, bulky refuse, street furniture (lighting etc.).
