Paul Hardman must not:

1. Act in an anti-social manner – that is to say in a manner that causes or is likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress to one or more persons not of the same household.
2. Use abusive, insulting, offensive, threatening or intimidating language or behaviour in a public place or in any place to which the public has access.
3. Approach, threaten, intimidate or communicate directly OR indirectly with any lay witnesses identified in these proceedings.
4. Cause damage to another’s property without good reason.
5. Associate in any way in a public place or a place to which the public has access with Jason James Boswell and Aaron Cooper .
6. Not to enter any Metrolink station or the property know as the Interchange Bury unless accompanied by your parent.
