Ben Helliwell must not:

1. Act in an anti-social manner - that is to say a manner that causes or is likely to cause harrassment, alarm or distress to one or more persons not of the same household.
2. Use abusive, insulting, offensive, threatening or intimidating language or behaviour in a public place or in any place to which the public has access.
3. Consume alcohol in a public place, other than in licensed premises.
4. Be intoxicated in a public place.
5. Cause or attempt to cause damage to another's property without good reason.
