Manchester Women’s Domestic Violence Helpline 0161 636 7525 Provide advice and support and assist in finding refuge accommodation both locally and nationally Monday to Friday from 10am until 4pm. If your language is Urdu or Punjabi, you can speak to a bilingual advisor on Monday's and Tuesday's from 10am to 1pm or Wednesday's from 1 till 4pm. These helplines provide advice, support and assistance in finding refuge accommodation.
The Muslim Women's Helpline provide any Muslim girl or woman in crisis with confidential listening service on virtually any subject of concern. Contact them on 0800 032 7587 Mondays to Friday 10am to 4pm or check out their website at Muslim Womens Helpline Website.
The Jewish Women's Aid free phone helpline is a freephone on 0800 591 203 and is open Monday to Thursday 9.30am to 9.30pm. A 24 hour answer phone service is available.
The Forced Marriage Unit is a specialist service for all young girls, women, and men at risk of having an forced marriage. They can offer advice on how to keep safe and advise you of support services available in the country you are traveling to. Please contact 0207 008 0151 Monday to Friday from 9.00am to 5.00pm. The Emergency Duty officer can be contacted on 0207 008 1500.

The Survivors Trust is a National helpline to support male and female victims of rape or sexual assault. They can be contacted on 01788 550554 Monday to Friday from 9.00am to 5pm
St Mary`s Hospital Sexual Assault Centre: Counselling and medical help for anyone who has been raped or sexually assaulted. Please contact 0161 276 6515. The number is in use 24 hours a day.
